Submitting applications and forms
These forms and applications are for current students. If you can't find the form you're looking for, try searching using your student details.
Each application or student form will have specific information on the process and requirements for submitting. If you are arranging for a third party to collect documentation on your behalf, an Authorisation Form must be completed in SOLS.

If you are currently enrolled in any subject/s for which you are seeking credit, you must submit your application no later than 3 weeks before the start of session. To allow time for you to make decisions about what subjects you will need to enrol into for upcoming sessions, you should submit your application as soon as possible (more information). |
