Year 12 is a big year, and when you add university applications into the mix, it can feel overwhelming. You don’t need to have everything figured out right now.

What you do need is a clear timeline.

Below, you’ll find the key milestones for students considering UOW in 2027 including Early Admission, UAC applications, scholarship deadlines, events and enrolment. Use this as your guide throughout the year so you know what’s coming up and when to take action.

Plan ahead. Stay organised. And most importantly - focus on doing your best in Year 12.

Quick look: UOW Early Admission 2026.

• 5pm, Friday 7 August 2026: Applications close. Applications can only be submitted via the .
• From Monday 10 August, UOW will begin assessing applications. During this time, we'll only contact you if we need additional information. If you don't hear from us, there's nothing you need to do.
• From Monday 31 August: Early Admission outcomes will begin to be released. Outcomes will be sent throughout the week, so don't worry if you don't receive yours on Monday or at the same time as your friends. All applicants will receive an outcome by Friday 4 September.

If you receive an Early Admission offer:

• You won't need to apply for that course through UAC, your Early Admission offer is an official offer to study at UOW.
• You don't need to accept your offer straight away. Your place will be reserved, and we'll contact you closer to enrolment with everything you need to know.
• If you applied for two UOW courses, you may receive offers to both. You'll choose which course you'd like to enrol in later this year (either way, you will receive two outcomes; one for each of your course preferences).

If you're not successful in receiving an Early Admission offer, you may still be eligible for a offer, providing another pathway into your preferred UOW bachelor's degree.
