Collaborative Delivery Oversight Committee
The Collaborative Delivery Oversight Committee is a standing committee of Academic Senate which assists the Council and the Vice-Chancellor to fulfil their responsibilities for monitoring and maintaining academic standards, and meet the legislated requirements of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021 (HESF) and ESOS National Code of Practice 2018.
Collaborative Delivery Oversight Committee was established on 1 July 2026 and replaces the University Internationalisation Committee (UIC)
The Collaborative Delivery Oversight Committee (CDOC) meets five to six times a year.

Meeting observation
CDOC meetings are open for staff and students to observe.

Agenda inclusions
A call for agenda items is emailed to members and standing attendees five weeks before each meeting. Reports and papers are due at least three weeks before the meeting.
Committee support
Executive support is provided by the Academic Governance and Standards Division (AGS). Meeting agendas are prepared by the Executive Officer in liaison with the Chair and Deputy Chair and issued 7 days prior to each meeting. Email AGS at academic-governance@uow.edu.au for further information
